Shaanxi International Business College was founded in 1997 by Buchang Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. It is a full-time private undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education。Its predecessor was Shaanxi International Business College, which was renamed Shaanxi International Business Vocational College in 2002.
