Shaanxi International Business College坐落在国家首个以创新城市发展为主题的国家级新区——西咸新区，是经教育部批准的全日制普通本科高校。In 2008, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to upgrade to a bachelor's degree institution. In 2012, it was authorized to confer bachelor's degree units.
