In order to improve the quality of campus security services, improve the efficiency of security services, follow the principle of open competition。After the decision of the university, the campus security service project will be contracted to the outside world. The relevant public bidding items are announced as follows:
1.The bidder must be a security company with independent legal status and the ability to bear civil liabilities independently。When bidding, you must bring: company business license, industrial and commercial tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, quality certificate, legal person power of attorney, ID card and other documents (check the original copy and receive the copy).。
2.The bidder must be a security company with legal person status, registered capital of RMB 3 million yuan or above, Level 3 qualification or above, registration time of not less than 3 years, with good professional reputation and campus security project management experience, a perfect management system and sound internal management rules and regulations。
3.The bidders must strictly perform the agreement, obey the management, and agree to perform all terms and regulations in the Tender for Security Service Project of Shaanxi International Business College。
4.The bid security of 100,000 Yuan (one hundred thousand round) will be paid to the account designated by the school. After winning the bid, it will be converted into the performance security. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five working days。
5.The term of the contract is one year，Service location in the south and north two campuses of the school，The main contents of security services include: entrance control management of the school gate in the north and south campuses, fire and daily security management, traffic order in front of the school gate, fire control room and video monitoring room, campus security management, campus security patrol, campus vehicle order management, vehicle charging system management, campus large-scale activities security work and campus security emergencies, etc。
6.Starting and ending time of contract: the time of signing the contract shall prevail。The bidding shall be conducted in the form of public bidding under the supervision of the discipline inspection Office of the school. If the successful bidder does not sign the agreement within seven working days after receiving the notice of winning the bid, it will be deemed as a breach of contract. The bid security of RMB 100,000 (one hundred thousand yuan) will be deducted.。
7.Applicants who are interested in participating in the bidding should register at the Public Security Management Section (Room 107), Administration Building, North Campus of the University from July 22 to July 24, 2021, accept the on-site qualification examination, and pay 300 yuan (non-refundable). The open bidding time is 8:30 a.m. on August 2, 2021。
